We have completed the preliminary research of the SBIR project and are actively advancing the subsequent commercialization plan.

We have successfully developed ReconX by integrating comprehensive reconstruction algorithms. This product assists customers in implementing Partial-Angle CT equipment for semiconductor wafer inspection and has received Ministry of Economic Affairs' SMEs Innovation subsidies to incorporate advanced in-line inspection capabilities.

Completion of X-ray imaging software platform “PortalX”, an image integration platform designated for multiple equipment that integrates a variety of critical components and provides a wide range of customized kits, such as automatic identification and classification of objects in X-rays, for industrial quality control and security inspection.

Another achievement with our client is the“one-stop”design golf inspection system for quality assurance and cause analysis; the ongoing computed tomography system design and develop project also helped our customer stand on the ground of semiconductor inspections, and broaden the applications and potentials of x-ray imaging techniques.

Customized X-ray Imaging project “RevoluX” was gone gold supporting our customer to achieve success. Revolux utilized X-ray images for hand x-ray diagnostics.

Meanwhile, we finished the development of the InduXHandy, a portable X-ray scanner rack that can be used for portable X-ray imaging devices for internal structural inspection, highlights innovation and technological excellence.

Successfully developed X-ray CT prototype and commissioned inspection services to provide high-quality x-ray imaging analysis, demonstrating excellence in the industrial field.
